Performance Indicators

Adding and Editing Performance Indicators

Performance Indicators are custom indicators that are created by the Funding Organization. They are also known as Performance Measures. For DD Councils, when selecting a new Indicator from a list, the custom Indicators will be located between the new Federal Performance Indicators and the old Indicators. All other Funding Organizations will see only their custom Indicators. When working with the Indicators in a Periodic Report, they will display in alphabetic order according to the PM Code, usually the custom Indicators will appear at the very bottom.

Funding Organizations can specify sub indicators when more detail is needed. The classic examples of these are gender, location, and race demographics. DD Suite has provided pre-loaded templates, based on Federal requirements, for gender, location, and race. Funders can also define their own sub indicators for any custom Performance Indicator. Up to 10 sub indicators per Performance Indicator are supported.
