Program Performance Report (PPR) Preparation

DD Suite sorts and aggregates data for federal reporting based on two primary criteria; the assigned State Plan Objective and Project or Periodic Program Period assigned PPR Year. Each Project Objective that will be included in the PPR must be associated with a State Plan Objective. In the Reports and Queries section of DD Suite, you can see a PPR Preparation Report. This is a guide you can use to retrieve and verify DD Suite data for the PPR.

To find this report, from your Dashboard click on Reports and Queries, then go to the Measuring Performance section and find PPR Preparation Report.
