Create Outline Grant/Activity

Creating an Outline for a Grant or Council Activity

  1. On your dashboard, select the “Projects” module.

  2. Select a deactivated Project from the list.

  3. Select the Outline tab.

  4. Select the “add question” link.

  5. Fill in the Outline Question and Answer information.

    • Enter the title of the new outline item (i.e. Summary, Qualifications, Detailed Narrative, Accomplishments, etc.)

    • In the “Maximum Limit” field, enter the maximum number of characters that will be allowed in the outline response.

    • In the “Question/Instruction” field, enter a descriptive question or instruction which explains the outline item.

      *Note: If you provide application instructions in a separate attachment, note that attachment here.

    • Formulate a response to the question and insert it in the “Response” field.

      *Note: A yellow box indicates how many characters are currently in the field as well as the maximum limit that is allowed.

    • Select the “Save” button to save your progress.

  6. After adding an outline question, you may choose to edit or remove it by selecting one of the action links.
