Summary Reporting for Activities

For each Activity that has a Work Plan with Organizational Objectives and Summary Report Dates, council staff and admins will see a Summary Report in the Periodic Reporting module.

  1. On your dashboard, select the “Periodic Reporting” button.

  2. Identify the summary report that needs to be completed and submitted (the status should read “Not Started” or "in progress") and select the appropriate link.

     

  3. Answer each question. Questions are organized by Organizational Objective, so each answer should be related to that Organizational Objective.

     

  4. Funders can also change the Report Year or add general comments.

     

  5. Measures entered in Program Reports can be viewed by clicking on the View Measures link. The KPI's and Demographics submitted for the specific Organizational Objective display on the left side. To close the measures, click on Close at the top of the panel. Only measures from Accepted reports will be included.

     

  6. Save your changes. If the report is complete, Save and Submit. Otherwise, Save.
