Accepting a Report

If Council Preferences (Allow Grantees to Add Items to Periodic Reports) are set to Yes, Grantees may add budget line items, and work plan activities and performance measures. A submitted report will show these additions with a little yellow flag.

Accepting a report will add these items to the budget or the work plan. If a council does not want these additions, then the appropriate section needs a modification comment, and the periodic report should be sent back to the Grantee for modifications.

To Accept a report:

  1. On the dashboard, select the “Periodic Reporting” button.

  2. Select the appropriate submitted report from the list.

  3. Review the report and select the “Accept Report” button.

*Note: After accepting the report, you may still choose to request modifications, change the PPR report year or edit the report.
