Grantee Summary Reports

Grantee Reporting for Activities

For each Project that has a Work Plan with Organizational Objectives and Summary Report Dates, Grantees will see a Summary Report in the Periodic Reporting module.

  1. On your dashboard, select the “Periodic Reporting” button.

  2. Identify the summary report that needs to be completed and submitted (the status should read “Not Started” or "in progress") and select the appropriate link.

     

  3. Answer each question. Questions are organized by Organizational Objective, so each answer should be related to that Organizational Objective.

     

  4. Save your changes. If the report is complete, Save and Submit. Otherwise, Save.

     

FYI: Performance measure data by Goal/Objective can be viewed by clicking on the view measures link. The KPI's and Demographics for the Goal Objective will appear in a left side panel. Close the panel with the Close link at the top of the panel.
