Post and Forward NoFA / RFP
Reviewing and Posting a NoFA / RFP
The Due Date must be in the future in order to Post a NoFA / RFP or for a grantee to begin an application.
On your dashboard, select the “NoFAs / RFPs” module.
Select the appropriate solicitation number link to open the NoFA.
If a NoFA was specified as having an LOI Phase, new applicants will be directed to the LOI interface. If there is no LOI phase, grantees will be able to go directly to the Application phase
A Funding Organization may choose to send the URL address of the NoFA / RFP to an authorized user from a particular organization. This web address is conveniently located on the Summary page.
*Note: DO NOT edit a NoFA / RFP that was already posted! Instead, clone the old NoFA / RFP, get the URL address of the new NoFA / RFP and send that to the user. For instructions on how to clone a NoFA / RFP, refer to the Cloning a NoFA / RFP user module. In order for a grantee to have access to a direct link for the NoFA / RFP, it is necessary for that grantee to be logged in before filling out the application.
Review the information on the NoFA / RFP page and make sure everything has been entered correctly. From the Summary Tab, select the “Post this NoFA” button to post the solicitation on the DD Suite Home Page.
