Forgot / Reset Password

You can reset your password by providing information about your account. Once logged in, you can also change your password in the Account Overview page.

1. On the DD Suite home page, click on the “Login” link at the top right of the page.

2. In the Login page, select the “Forgot/Reset Password” link

3. Enter the full e-mail address for your account.

4. For security purposes, enter the answer to the system-generated question in the “Form Validation” field below the question. *Hint: The correct answer to this question confirms that a person is attempting to login to the DD Suite system.

5. Click the "Save" button.

6. An e-mail will be sent to you containing a temporary password. Copy this password and return to the DD Suite login page.

7. On the login page, enter your e-mail and paste or type the temporary password in the “Password” field.

8. Select the “Submit” button. If the correct credentials have been entered, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.

9. In the Notifications Section, select the “Change Password” link which allows you to change your password to something more relevant to you.

10. In the “Current Password” field, paste or type the temporary password that you received via e-mail.

11. Enter a password that will be easy to remember in the “New Password” field. Password requirements include a minimum of 8 characters, a maximum of 64 characters, and at least one each of the following: capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and symbol character. No spaces are allowed. Re-enter that password in the “Confirm New Password” field.

    You may check the Show Password box to see the characters you are entering.

12. Select the “Save” button to successfully change your password.
