No Grantee Admin

Grantee Administrator is no longer at Organization

An active Grantee Administrator is needed for every Organization. If an organization does not have an Admin, some projects and reports may not be accessed, and personnel cannot be added, removed, or modified within the Organization.

If the only Grantee Administrator has left the Organization, Technical Assistance is needed.

  1. The new Administrator must have an account in DD Suite, and either already be a member of the Organization, or have a pending request to join the Organization.

  2. Click on Help, and then scroll down the navigation column to Technical Assistance and fill out the form.

  3. In the TA Request description, include the name of the Organization, and the email address of the person who should become the Grantee Administrator.

  4. Submit the TA Request.
