Summary Narratives by Objective

You can compile all the Summary Report answers reported in Grants and Council Activities by State Plan Objective, which will assist you in developing the narratives for the Annual Progress Report on State Plan Objectives in Section IV of your PPR.

Select the Reports and Queries Module, and then click on the Summary Narratives by Objective link.

Filters

Select your filters and click Apply Filters

  • Organizational Objective selection is required.

  • Project Type, Report Status and Primary Staff are self-explanatory.

  • Filter Options will determine which Summary Reports will be used in the report.

    • Periodic Report Year: This option includes each report that has been set with the selected reporting year. Reporting year is set using Report dates in the Project, Report dates on Application Award, or in the Summary Report. A fiscal year must be selected along with the option.

    • Project End Date: This option uses the Project end date and returns all Summary Reports whose Project end date falls within the start and end date, or within the fiscal year.

    • Period End Date: This option uses the Program Period end date. Each Summary Period whose end date falls within the start and end date, or within the fiscal year will be returned.

  • Range is available for Period or Project end date.

    • Fiscal Year: The start and end date of the selected fiscal year will be used as the date range. If 2019 is selected, the date range will be October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.

    • Start and End Date: Any start and end date can be entered.

Report

Note: The report is for one Organizational Objective at a time.

Click on "Apply Filters" when your choices are complete.

DD Suite will import all summary responses from the filtered periodic reports that are associated with the chosen Organizational Objective.

It is recommended that you use your cursor to highlight the report, then copy and paste specific data into a document for easy editing (Notepad recommended). This report can also be printed.

Complete the above steps for each Organizational Objective.
