Adding Attachments to a Project

Attachments can be maintained in active and deactivated projects.

  1. Select the "Attachments" tab.

  2. Attachments Tab
  3. Select the “add file" link.

  4. Select the “Browse” button to navigate to and attach any required supporting documents. Any file type is allowed for attachments. Complete the attachments in order.

  5. Choose the report period and enter the title of the file that you are going to attach. Optionally, fill in the rest of the fields associated with the attachment.

  6. Select the “Save” button to save your progress.

  7. You may choose to preview the file by selecting the Filename link. You may also edit or remove the attachment by selecting one of the links under Actions.
