On your dashboard, select the “Applications” button.
Select the “Project Title” link of the application you would like to edit.
Select the "Work Plan" tab.
A view of the entire Work Plan will appear. The Objectives, Activities, and Performance Measures can be added, edited, and removed from this one display. Objectives and Activities can be re-ordered via the up and down links.
Under a specific Objective, either select the "add Add a performance measurePerformance Measure" link or click "editEdit" on an existing performance measurePerformance Measure.
The "Add Performance Measure for Objective” or "Edit Performance Measure for Objective” page appears.
In the “Performance Measure” dropdown menu, select the performance measure Performance Measure that you want to add. Note: You can change the measure in the Edit page.
Performance measure Measure may have sub measures. These sub measures allow breaking the target into more categories. You will be expected to enter multiple values.
Select the “Save” button to save your work.
From the Work plan Plan page, add as many performance measures Performance Measures as needed for each Objective. You can manage each performance measure Performance Measure by using the Action links.
Edit - change the projected numbers for a performance measurePerformance Measure
Remove - remove a performance measure Performance Measure from the list
