Cloning an Activity

Commonly used with activities Activities that last multiple fiscal years, this feature allows you to make a copy of an existing activity Activity and edit it, instead of having to create a new one.

1. Select the “Projects" Module on your dashboard.

2. Select the number of a Activity from the list.

   

3. Select the “Clone” button to make a copy of the activityActivity.

   

4. The Clone activity Activity page appears.

   Note: Instructions on how to proceed are provided.

   

5. Enter all relevant information for the new activityActivity.

   Note: The project numberProject Number, title, start and end dates of the previous activity Activity are displayed for reference. Fields are provided below each field to allow you to enter the new information.

6. Review the information you have entered and select the “Clone” button to copy this activityActivity.
