  1. On your Dashboard, select the “Applications” button.

  2. Select the “Project Title” link of the application you would like to edit.

  3. Select the "Work planPlan" tab.

  4. A view of the entire Work Plan will appear. The Objectives, Activities, and Performance Measures can be added, edited, and removed from this one display. Objectives and Activities can be re-ordered via the up and down links.

  5. Select the “Add Objective” link from the bottom of the page, or "Edit" to modify a specific objectiveObjective.

    The "Edit Objective to this Application” or "Add Objective to this Application” page appears.

  6. In the “Objective Id” field, enter the number for the objective Objective by chronological order (i.e., 1 is the earliest objectiveObjective).

  7. In the “Description” field, describe the major milestone that must be accomplished to achieve the objectiveObjective. Milestones should be stated in quantifiable terms where possible. Milestones must be measurable, attainable, and realistic.

  8. In the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields, provide the date at which you will start addressing the objective Objective and the anticipated end date for completing that objectiveObjective, respectively.

  9. Select the “Save” button to save your work.

  10. Add as many objectives as needed from the Work plan page. You can manage the objectives by using the Action links, including moving them ‘up’ or ‘down’.

    • Edit - change any of the information for an objectiveObjective

    • Remove - remove an objective Objective from the list

    • Up/Down - Move an objective up or down on the list (this does not change the Objective Id, just the order in which the objectives Objectives are displayed in the application)
