Managing a Work Plan for a Project (Grant or Activity)
If a Work Plan has been specified in the Setup tab, then this section must be completed before the project can be activated.
At least one Objective must be specified. Each Objective specified must have at least one Activity.
Funding Organizations may use differing terminology for this section. The terms used here are the DD Suite default terms.
Note: DD Councils will see State Plan Objectives in their work plan. Other funders will see Strategic Objectives. These optional objectives provide an organization-wide mechanism for compiling statistics.
On your dashboard, select the “Projects" module.
Select the number of the appropriate project from the list.
Select the Work Plan tab.
A view of the entire Work plan will appear. The Objectives, Activities and Performance Measures can be added, edited and removed from this one display. Objectives and Activities can be re-ordered via the up and down links. New Objectives can be added from the "add objective" link near the bottom of the display. New Activities and Performance Measures may be added to each Project Objective.
The Add all Demographic Measures link will appear if an Objective has no Demographic Performance Measures, including any council defined Measures with submeasures. Once clicked, the system will add all of the Demographic Measures to the Objective.
